Fitbit Ionic not responding

Like many others on here my Ionic has died after 18 months. Initially the screen stuck, then went to logo and then just black. Now won't turn on at all. Still waiting for a response from Fitbit after more than a week. None of the instructions to reset, re-pair etc etc work. When are Fitbit going to realise there is a serious issue with this device. As I bought mine in the EU it has a 2 year guarantee and at the price is should most definitely last longer than 18 months.

First, thank you for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Ionic are flashing? Or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for your situation. I understand that you already tried the restart process in the past, however, the order of the steps that are specified there is important.

I am having the same issue. I charged it sunday night. Woke up today & it restarted 2x on its own, and now it wont do anything. No heartrate lights no display, and wont restart.

@kevybaby78 Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting. Since you already tried our restart process with no avail, I recommend you our factory reset. To do so, please follow the steps that were shared in this post and let me know how it goes.

None of your solutions seems to be helping anyone. Mine is still a brick.

Hi, my device is completely unresponsive, no green lights won't charge.
