I got an ionic fitbit for Christmas. Started wearing it then. I have been loving it. Battery life is a little weak. But back to what I am contacting everyone about. This morning I noticed my screen glitching a bit. I had a low battery. Thought maybe that was the cause. So I charged my battery and the screen went for a crap. Only top third is working. And by working I mean legible. I have only been wearing this for 4 months now. $250 watch, expensive for 4 months
I have tried to reset. Reset does not fix crapped out screens.

Welcome aboard @Stretch24 let me give you a hand with the screen of your Ionic watch.
First, I'd like to appreciate your patience and efforts troubleshooting this situation with our restart process. That said, I want to suggest you our factory reset procedure, which is completely different than the restart process that you already tried. To do so, please check our help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device? which will explain you how to do it on your device display. However, if you're unable to perform this process due to the display difficulties, you can also try with the buttons on your device following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
I'll be here if you need further assistance. Keep me posted.
