Fitbit Ionic's left side button not functioning

The left side button stopped functioning about 3 days ago. I have cleaned it, used a toothbrush, toothpick and a can of compressed air but the button is still stuck in the depressed position with no functioning. The right side buttons push fine but the left side one is a dead duck. How can I get this fixed?
