Fitbit Ionic says no available network

After over a year of use my husband's Ionic is showing no available Network (NaN) on his watch face.  He has the same wifi set up with the correct password, location and bluetooth enabled as well.  We have restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the watch, and nothing changes.  It will not maintain the wifi connection.

A warm welcome to the Community @MamaSprig. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned and the troubleshoot that you performed.

I would like you to change your clock face to get rid of the NaN error that you're receiving. If you're still unable to get your Ionic to connect to your Wi-Fi, try the steps mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
