My fitbit ionic sensors is not working no heart rate monitor. Have done a factory reset nothing. Hard restart nothing. The heart rate is on. There is a firmware upgrade tried to upgrade but doesnt take. Did a factory reset twice. No sensor green light even.

How can you help me with this? The sensors dead. Heart rate dead. I have a
heart problem thats why i got this watch. I have tried factory resets about
3 times. 2 times hard resets but nothing. Heart rate is on in app but still
nothing.
