I've cleaned the connections, tried different usb ports, the darn thing will not charge. I contacted support and they told me to wipe the device and start over. That makes ZERO sense to me, but we did do that twice. They tell me it needs to be done again. I'm not impressed with the Ionic or customer service. Who else has the issue?

Same here going round in circles! Very frustrating
