Hi there,
Easy question for you. I took my 'Ionic' off 5-weeks ago cos going overseas. While I was away the battery obviously went flat and watch powered down completely. Now can't get watch to restart at all. An suggestions what need to do to re-start??
Thank you,
Craig

@craigsimonsonWhen this occurs I have found that connecting the Ionic to the charger cable and charging port it switches the Ionic on to charge it.
You may have already tried this.

@craigsimonson I'm glad you're working again.. If what I suggested worked, I use that method at regular intervals because it seems to clear out the odd issues on my 15 month old Ionic. I turn the Ionic off at regular intervals before I charge..
