I'v been offered a full refund from fitbit, but as I'm in the uk can I do it through fitbit UK, rather than the international company? They want me to send it to them in a pre paid envelope and have a pre paid mastercard with the refund on. Is there a way of dealing with fitbit UK for this instead? (it's for a rash from the back of the unit where it lights up)

My UK return had to be mailed back to the USA. I was emailed the return shipping label and airwaybill and asked to drop it off at a DHL service point. Once Fitbit received it their end, they sent me an email confirming this and I was then refunded the full amount to my credit card.
The whole process took around a week to complete.

Please can someone advise. My ionic failed on the 24th December, it was recieved in Holland 29th December and I am still waiting for a refund. I keep emailing and keep being told wait 21 days, check your spam and we can't tell if the refund has been processed. I am starting to feel that I am being fobbed off.
The sad thing is I have stayed loyal to the brand. I rushed out purchased another blaze.
what do I do next???

Wow that's amazing because I've been dealing with it for over a week now back and forth they will not help me I hadn't even had it for a month and like 2 weeks into having it the watch band popped off the watch which was on my wrist and fell on the floor of the bathroom which was child when I was at the Y I am disabled and have to do a lot of different things at the Y to help my autoimmune disease and they won't even talk about replacing the watch face because I've seen in forums everybody's talking about it do watch bands have an issue where they don't lock into place and it wasn't my fault and they say it's not covered under warranty and all they do is blame me so it's very funny that they would replace it for you or refund you but they won't do a darn thing for me I just want a replacement that's all I wanted they gave me 20% off to buy a new one send another $300 after a month good luck to you I understand that I just really surprised that they're going to refund you when they won't even replace my watch face because of their own problems with their band I didn't make the band I didn't make it not stay on the watch you know good luck to you

Hi, did you ever get your refund? I'm having the same issue, wait 21 days which I did, check spam etc getting very annoyed now so just wanted to check if you got anywhere?
