Fitbit Warranty for Ionic

I have had four devices over the last five years, 10 months ago my Ionic device became faulty after a lengthy email process I was offered a new device at a discounted rate. The new adidas Ionic device has now also developed problems. I have reported this problem to Fitbit and am very disappointed to find that I won't be offered a new replacement free of charge nor a full refund, but a 35% discount on some older models as a good will gesture. I find this type of customer service poor and even more disappointing that I don't appear to be on my own in terms of owning a poor product backed up with a poor response to my issue. In the UK a full 12 months manufacture's warranty applies and as such I expected a new replacement or refund.
