I bought a used watch and when I want to deliver it by phone, it gives me a message saying (cannot pair
This device has been locked and cannot be paired )

Best AnswerHi @Saher2022 the Ionic has been recalled. You get this from an individual? It's possible they sent off for the refund, which automatically disables the Fitbit. click to learn more
Best Answer@Saher2022 there is no way to really help you. It's under a recall. Did you click the link above? If you got it from a person, you will need to go back to them. The recall was announced in March. If that person sent for their refund, the Ionic has been disabled and you won't be able to get it to set up.
