My battery drained really quickly yesterday and since then the fitbit symbol (dots in a diamond shape) continue to keep flashing up. I have tried restarting the watch a few times which didn't work, charging it and nothing is working.
Its is so disappointing knowing the money spent on this watch that is it failing already.
Can you please help me with this issue please?

@FelicityH Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with Ionic's display. Thanks for trying the restart steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, please try changing the clock face on your watch. This should help you out. If that doesn't do the trick; let me know so I can help you contact customer support.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

I have this issue as well. Exactly the same thing happened to me on Saturday afternoon. Then it got stuck on the Fitbit load screen for about 12hours and miraculously synced to my phone and was ok again.
Before you celebrate too much, that working Fitbit only lasted 36hours. The load screen is now flashing on and off repeatedly.
I tried changing the clock face as mentioned below but when you need to be able to sync to something to do so.
Any other suggestions to try?

Happed to me as well. Battery went belly up in less than 12 hours. When I plugged in to charge, i just got the fitbit logo flashing.
And this is already a replacement that I got last October! Tried to reset (left button + lower right, pressed 3 buttons, all to no avail ).
I really like the Ionic, like the design but it's not reliable. It's a shame 😞
Can I try one more replacement Fitbit?

Yeap, done that. Performed some trouble shooting, then they checked the warranty - it was expired, because they track the date from the first purchase, not from the replacement date (which was issued 23 October last year).
It is amazing how a kinda expensive device fail on so many users. My first one lasted 7 months. The second one 5 months. Let's see how long a Garmin tracker lasts.
Very sad because I really liked Ionic design.
Time to move on.

I just received my Ionic last night in the mail. I set it up and charged it this morning and I only wore it for 2 hours until I took it off, while wearing it, it seemed to keep restarting every time I tried to do something with it (checking the time, heart rate etc.). When I put it back on to do a run, it died on me within the first 5 min. I’ve changed the clock face and have restarted it and it still does the same thing. I’ve had it for less than 24 hours. This is really upsetting.
