As of 6:48 pm yesterday my Fitbit ionic won’t sync with my iPhone app. My fiancée also has the ionic and it stopped syncing at exactly the same time. I’ve tried all the normal fixes. Turning blue tooth off and on, restarting the phone, restarting my watch. I removed the device from my app in order to re-set up (referenced in previous posts) and now it won’t locate my tracker at all to add it back as a device. I think Fitbit needs to push an update for the app....

I'm having the same problem. Turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted phone, restarted watch. Removed the device from app, took app off phone, restarted app. The iPhone finds it via bluetooth during setup but the wheel of death keeps turning at "connecting to Tracker"

This is not iOS problem, I have it paired with Samsung Tab S3 and it will not pair
Holding buttons down and restarting it will fix this issue.
Fitbit - many people having this problem on different clients and needs to fix ASAP.
