Hi Team,

I got my first fitbit device after a very long wait and was astonished to find out that it doesn't pair up with my one plus 2 mobile. Can someone please guide me through it and let me know how to go about it?

Unfortunately I cant see your phone on the Supported devices list which may be why yoj are having problems. I know nothing about oneplus phones so cant tell yoj if it is possible to pair with it or not. If no one is any help on the forumr, try contacting Support and see if they are aware of if it will work or not. (Link in my signature )

@Navishbajwa,

Welcome to the community!

Are you trying to pair it to your account through the Fitbit App or are you trying to pair it through the Bluetooth settings on your phone?  Because if it's the latter, it's not designed to work that way.

We're in the same boat. Please check my discussion here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Fitbit-Ionic-won-t-connect-to-One-Plus-2/m-p/2677364#M51221

I don't know what's going on with the Fitbit peeps Robot Indifferent

Their support team and moderators in the community suggest checking out if the device is on the list of compatible devices. I don't know if Fitbit even updates that page anymore. No new devices are listed on that list. The last One Plus device that they have tested is the One Plus One. That's a joke! Cat LOL That was released in 2014.

The Pixel 2 isn't there, no new devices from any manufacturer - Sony, Motorola, Google, One Plus, LG. Ironically, Fitbit pre-sales team would tell you to go for Fitbit devices even if they are not on that list. I've screenshots from my pre-sales chat 🙂
