Not sure as to root cause. Ionic and iPhone (apps and iOS) updated. iPhone and Fitbit app connect/find Ionic but app won’t sync. Followed troubleshooting steps, no resolution.

I have solved the Not sync problem on my Fitbit Ionic by changing from wifi (turning off wifi) to receiving data directly from my mobile company. En español desactive el wifi y empece a recibir datos de mi provedor de datos y voz. en este caso en mi país la compañía Movistar.

My Fitbit Ionic tracker syncs with my "PC's Google Chrome connection to my Fitbit.com homepage" if "my PC's Fitbit.com home page is open" and "nearby I have opened & recently refreshed the Fitbit app that I downloaded on my Android phone." Also, I have found that if I do not have my Android cell phone available nearby, I can still sync with my PC's Fitbitcom homepage by attaching the charging wire to my Fitbit Ionic tracker so I can read the charging percentage (and then detaching the charging wire) while I am near to my PC that is running Google Chrome while connected to and open at my Fitbit.com homepage.

It's great to have you here @WaltIonic! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. I appreciate that you've shared the ways that you can sync your Ionic to your Fitbit account, just as you mentioned, you can sync your tracker using the charging cradle and if you have all day sync, your Ionic will sync anytime you're nearby.
If you want to learn more about it check How do Fitbit devices sync their data?.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
