Hi

I m.from.Singapore n need to locate s service centre in Singapore.

I need to send my fitbit ionic for repair as one of the right bottom function button went misdinh when I went swimming.

Please advice

Fitbit don't have service centres. Your best bet would be to contact customer support to discuss your options: contact.fitbit.com

I tried but no one response to my Chat. I thought the product is under warranty? 

Can we go to the country sole distributor for help?

The fitbit will be under warranty for 12 months providing you bought it from an approved dealer. Warranty claims are via the same customer support contact details.

I tried to reach the contact centre but no one have responded to me.
Please advise what is the next step.
