I was out walking using my Fitbit ionic, it was working perfectly then just died & it won’t switch back on. It’s only 16 months old. Has anyone else experienced this? Nothing has happened to it so I’ve no explanation for what’s happened!

What was the battery level on the Ionic when you used it?  Is it possible the battery died because it didn't have a charge?
