My Fitbit keeps changing time zones randomly, at least a few times a week for a couple of months now. It’s just changed to 2pm when it’s 8pm! Its driving me crazy and I can’t find a solution, my sleep et is inaccurate because it sometimes switches in the middle of the night! I’ve restarted and tried a reset/repair. Any advice would’ve appreciated!

Welcome back @LogicalHarm I'm happy to see you again participating in our Community and to help you with your inquiry.
I'd like to begin appreciating your time and patience troubleshooting this uncommon behavior prior posting. Your Fitbit should change the time automatically after syncing because this information is based your mobile device's settings. That said, because the timezone is constantly changing, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?, take in consideration the steps that are specified there based on the platform of your mobile device and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around.

You're welcome @LogicalHarm it's always a pleasure to assist. Thanks for your reply and update.
Can you please let me know how often this happens? Certainly this is not an expected behavior and it's completely odd that you experience it when you're at home, this usually occurs when traveling due to different time-zones but gets resolved by just syncing the device. I recommend you to change the timezone setting to manual instead of automatic in the Fitbit app. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date as well as your Ionic and mobile device.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around!
