Ok, so since I updated the app yesterday (6.4.19), my Fitbit stopped tracking steps and heart beat. Went into the app and saw that my whole device was deleted and now it won’t let me reconnect the Ionic. I’ve tried everything.

Sorry @JessiiJess but the term everything tells us nothing about what was tired. It also would be helpful to know the type of device being used to setup the tracker.
First step is to remove the Ionic from the Bluetooth list of trusted devices.
Then I would restart the phone/PC better yet shutdown. Then do the same for the ionic.
If your seeing any errors or hang ups. Please let us know at what step and what the error may be.
