My Iconic is permanently showing the Fitbit logo and I can not get anything else to work. I have tried the re-set a few times without success. I have now disconnected it from my phone hoping that if I re-paired it may help but my phone can’t find the device now? Any suggestions?

Mine is doing same thing after being on the charger for a month, i have tried everything and no luck
