is there any way to get viber notifications on my ionic adidas version fitbit?

If you go into the fitbit app - tap the little image of the Ionic (where the battery level is) in the very top right hand corner - scroll down to where it says notifications and tap that - you may have to enable notifications service at this point (if so, follow the steps) - tap on app notifications - then check any app you wish to receive notifications from.
