Fitbit pay not working

Hi,I have been using Fitbit pay for about 12 months no problem but about 3 weeks ago it stop working just beeps at the terminal and nothing happens. I have tried restarting ionic and phone and also deleted my card and reinstalled it but nothing works, any ideas would be appreciated,thanks in advance.

I have tried what you suggested but no good still beeps at terminal and does nothing, anymore suggestions would be appreciated.
