Been having some issues with my dad's Ionic so we factory reset it and removed it from the app. Tried to set it up again however the app scans bluetooth and can't find the watch at all to set it up. It's plugged in and turned on, near the phone, and the phone's bluetooth is both on and not connected to any devices. Unsure of what's wrong.
Any diagnostic help would be appreciated.

Could someone reply please? Been over a week, seems nobody wants to help. Tried live chat as well as other communities and nobody knows a single thing.
