I have tried all the tops but my Fitbit won’t sync anymore with the app on my iPhone. Help!

Hi @Hevnev Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you are having an issues syncing. I too have that issue from time to time and as recently as this morning, but I find rebooting to always work. Can you be more specific about what you have already tried?

A basic troubleshoot that I have done with my old iphone is:

  1. On the Bluetooth settings, remove the ionic if it appears under my devices (connected or not connected)
  2. Restart the ionic by pressing the left and bottom right buttons until the fitbit logo appears.
  3. Restart the phone.
  4. Open the app, and try to sync.
