Flickering Screen

My Ionic was fine earlier today and then it stopped. My screen went from its normal clock face to a white flickering screen with it fading away. I changed clock faces in case it was the one I had but it wasn't. Colors aren't bright anymore and I tried adjusting the brightness. Any ideas?

@Missilly, try restarting the tracker 3 times in a row to see if that corrects it.  If restarting it does not correct it, you will need to contact Fitbit Support so that they can help resolve this issue.

I didn't mean to click "accept solution." I was trying to uncheck the box.

I tried doing the reset three times in a row and it didn't work. I'll have to call or return it to the store. I've had it less than a month and this happened, whatever this may be.

Hi! Unfortunately, I didn’t. I followed the suggestions above and then messaged Fitbit through Twitter on DM since I could post a picture there. They were not sure why it was doing that. I ended up going to BestBuy since I bought it there and was able to get it exchanged. I’m sorry I don’t have better news.

I have had mines 10 months and it has just started doing this "Fitbit" won't honour my warranty as it was not bought  from a authorized stockist!evennth even it's brand new !! Imo think it's an inherent problem with the ionic and needs sorting,I for one am going back to Samsung at least their after care genuinely is aftercare

Mine did same thing. Seen Fitbit symbol this morning and now nothing. Can’t get it to turn on. Placing on charge for a while to see if come back. It had 60% yesterday.
