Flickering screen

Hello,

for the the past few days I have my Fitbit ionize screen flickering even after the latest update, I have the screen devided and shaking 

please help me

Try a Restart, Gretta, and do it several times if necessary.

I did restart my tracker more than 3 times still didn’t work 🙁

Now try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About and then Factory Reset.  This returns the tracker to brand new out of the box and you start all over again. All settings will revert to default.
