HRM wont work on fitbit ionic adidas edition

So the HRM wont work. The sensors wont blink at all. The watch is new, it worked fine untill now. In the watch settings ive set the HRM to on. I read somewhere that i should also check my app settings for the HRM. the problem is, there is absolutely no HRM setting on my phones app or online on the fitbit website on my account. Anyone with the same problem?

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately it wont work. I did several restarts and it simply wont work. And even if it did, im not going to look at the watch every 5 mins to see if its properly working (as it should) and if not do a restart 10 times a day. I had a fitbit blaze for more than a year and nothing ever happened with it it would funktion everyday all day as it should. The ionic should be an upgrade for me and untill now it isnt 😞

A Factory Reset would be the next troubleshooting step but it sounds like you aren't interested.  Swipe left to Settings and then About and then Factory Reset and you will start all over from setup time.
