HI all,
Setting up notification on the Fitbit app (using Android version 7.1.1), I enable the notification which says "Enable Notification" on the Turn on device notification page, after enabling I select which app/apps I want to receive notifications from...... after a couple of mins or maybe half an hour later, I have to enable it again in the Fitbit app by clicking the "Enable Notification Button" just like when I am setting it up....fyi, after I click on that button, the notification access on Android is still enabled and I can see that the apps that I want to receive notifications from are still having a tick so I do not have to tick them again.
Any idea how to have the notification enabled without me having to re-enable it every now and then?
Thanks.

Solved....it was the power setting on my Android phone, which shut down apps in the background to conserve battery life...I just enable Fitbit Apps and its running notification now.

Thats annoying. Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. See if that fixes it. Let us know.

I have the same issue, but a reboot resets the notifications. Any help please or a long shot a response from fitbit!
