Heart rate readings not accurate. Running high all the time. 

Even when it is not on wrist HR is readings are 77-80 bpm. 

Watch is only about 10 days old. 

I have soft reboot. and factory reset. Same results.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior to posting. If you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. See our help article for more information.

Thx HR reading was high even when not on my wrist. And elevated MAX 206hr during workout. And it averaged about 77HR after I took it off my wrist for over two hours. Then perform another factory reset.

  

Did another factory reset and got a 100% charge then overnight, before wearing again. It seemed to be working fine for a few hours this morning and then now NO HR reading at all.
