Is there any option that Fitbit ionic can alert if the heart rate goes at a very high zone or at a set rate  during a workout ?

The Apple Watch is much more comprehensive for monitoring heart health during exercise and normal daily activity. Big miss

I just got the Fitbit Charge 3 without realizing there's no way to set an alarm if my heart rate goes too high.  Has this feature been added yet or is there an app that can add that alarm to it? If not, I'm going to return it and get a different one.
