Hi all,

Have some one seen that when you look the day data from heart rate it show lower value compare what you had in exercise.

In my case, my max in exercise was 174, but when I'm looking my day data it shows 154.

My calculated max is 167bpm.

Best regards

Jay

As the Display exercise tile says, the HR shown is Average HR for the exercise time, not maximum.

Hi

Once again.
If you open day1 in the app, then click heart rate, then select day1, click
on that, you will see day1 from 00:00 to 23:59 in diagram you will see your
heart rate going up and down. The highest value, in my case is 154. The
time when I made my exercise.
Now go back and open exercise, choose day1 again. Scroll down to see heart
rate. Now in the diagram you will see your heart rate fluctuation and
marked red your max, which is in my case 174. This is not average, its peak
value.

So, my question is still why the se two peak values are not the same.
Same day but in different "window".

Best regards
Juha
