Heart rate issue

My Ionic is having problems tracking my heart rate.  I tried all the commonly suggested things: uninstalling/reinstalling the app (at least twice), factory resetting the Ionic (at least three times), wearing the band tighter and then wearing the band looser (I've been wearing a Fitbit for several years, so I'm petty sure how to wear one), etc., but nothing seemed to work. 

I finally strapped on my Charge 2, just to use as a comparison.  Sure enough, I'm measuring my heart rate again.  This is a huge disappointment.  I didn't want to trade the GPS and MP3 features for the heart rate monitor.

Below are graphs of my heart rate.  The issue started before the first graph.  I switched back to my Charge 2 on the last one around 5:00 A.M.11-16.jpg11-17.jpg11-18.jpg11-19.jpg11-20.jpg

@DarthFreeman Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I appreciate the screenshots attached. In this case, I have created a case with our Support team, they will continue assisting you and providing you with further assistance through email. It's pretty weird that your heart rate isn't consistent with Ionic.
