Sorry for another post but spotting issues , on my run my heart rate apparently hit 184 bpm yet within the heart rate section my heart rate saying my max only hit 164 bpm... little things I know but the whole point of this watch is for stats , and stats are not matching....

It's great to see you on the Community @DeanoDeano1! Thank you for the details that you've mentioned.
When you're viewing your heart rate data, you will see the average of the whole activity. So, even if you hit a higher number while you were exercising, this wasn't the heart rate that you had during your whole activity. It will also show you the minutes you were in peak, cardio and fat burn. (Check the screenshot below)

Are you comparing workout stat against the full-day graph? If so, note the full day has to have a longer sampling interval so misses some values.
