I chose a Fitbit clock gave but the heart rate is not displaying on the face

A warm welcome to the Community @Leesam. Thanks for the details mentioned. The heart rate information will show on your clock face but it will depend if that's a feature in the clock face.

 

Also, I would like to know which Fitbit clock face you chose?
