Hi there. My Fitbit Ionic sensors are not working as they should. It does not register my heart rate or steps.

I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested such as changing clock face and turn on off/ re-sync, also including  performing a factory reset. And it still wont register my steps or heart rate (heart rate is on). Any other suggestions? The ionic is one year old. Regards Marita 😃

Would def call Tech Support and see if they will replace your device for no charge.  If out of warranty they normally offer a discount.  When defective they generally have a “zero tolerance” policy.  Mine was defective and was replaced right away.  Try that and let me know.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
