I would like you to make sure that your Dashboard is set to English, if you see that the language is changing, you can change the setting at the bottom of the page, see the screenshot below:
Thanks for letting me know that you have the latest firmware version. Regarding the syncing issue you're experiencing, please try this syncing troubleshooting and check these tips in how to connect your Ionic to Wi-Fi.
