My Fitbit is stuck on "Shortcuts- Hold this button from any screen......." 

 

I performed a factory reset after being tortured with wallet notification and Pin notifications. I'm coming to the end of my tether. I LOVED my Fitbit when it worked but it getting to be more hassle than its worth

Your device is frozen? Have you tried restarting it by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs? Hopefully that will get things working again.
