My Iconic wont charge and I've looked up the way to clean both the watch and the charging cable. Is there anything else I can do or could I possibly have a replacement?

Hi @Jaiz You could try another charging source if you have not done so already. Other than that, I would suggest contacting Customer Support to check what options might be available to you.
