Apparently, my Fitbit online order was shipped by Ingram Micro Mobility and the Ionic box seal was broken with the watch missing inside. I don't know what type of business IMM is running, but it doesn't sound too good. I'd contact customer support to inform them of my issue and the case is now being escalated.
I was excited to test out the new watch this weekend, but I guess that won't be happening soon.

This past weekend I received my package for the Ionic watch that I had ordered through Fitbit's online store. After opening the delivered package and then checking out the Ionic box, I noticed something was off because the seal was broken with a piece off the graphics torn away. As to my surprise, I went through the opened box and found that the Ionic watch was totally missing. I mean, I've heard of something like this happening to other people ordering from third party websites, but not direct from the official online store. I know sometimes mistake happens and it's possible that someone could've sent the wrong box out, yet getting a case escalated with customer service has been a very slow process and not getting an explanation on what happened too is unacceptable.
I'm anxiously waiting to hear that my new Ionic will be shipped, as I did not received the watch at all.
Fitbit - here is my order #: KBXEM8HSN and case #: 21614386 - anyway, can it be confirmed that I will get a whole new Ionic set up? If possible I would love expedited tracking also.

@DaveAVG, you will have to contact Fitbit Support to get answers to those questions, since none of the users here on the Community will have that information.

I read on a previous post that someone made about a replacement and I figured doing the same will get a response from someone at Fitbit. Anyhow, I later went through online chat support and am able to get my replacement expedited 😀
