@JLBlades Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting your question on this board regarding how to delete notification on Ionic.
To delete 1 notification just tap the notification and then tap "Clear". If you want to delete all the notification at once, please swipe to the top of your notifications and tap "Clear All".
Please note that if you clear a notification from your watch, the notification is removed from your phone's notification center. If you clear a notification from your phone, the notification is removed from your watch. Check this helpful article for more details regarding notification on Ionic.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

The notifications on my ionic are not clearing. I have tapped clear, clear all, and have deleted the text message from my iPhone but certain texts are still showing.

I’m also have an old Slack message that refuses to clear from my Fitbit Ionic.
Fitbit, based on the number of complaints you’ve recieved about this issue in the last few weeks I’d say a recent update introduced a bug. Can someone please look into it and open JIRA ticket to get this resolve or post a work around.

Hey bro
I was getting pretty upset about this issue too
I just held all 3 buttons on my Ionic and restarted it.
All expired messages are GONE 🙂
