How do I restart my Fitbit?

Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen

the back button is the one on the left of the ionic. The bottom button is the lower of the two on the right of the ionic

Thanks!  Got it restarted, restarted phone and finally synch again.  Thanks for the help.  Why don't they just say - "button the left" for those of us who are a little slow around technology.
