How do I change the Clock Face?

Hooray!  Have my new Ionic.  But how do I change the clock face?  Stuff I've read says Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa offer several designs for the clock screen. To see your options, open the Fitbit app and tap or click the Account icon > your device image > Clock Faces > Pick a New Clock.

No sign of a clock face.  What am I missing?  I assume I'm not in the right place?

That looks like the settings screen on the Fitbit website. Try using the iOS or Android Fitbit app.

jwebb is correct.  The screen you see is at Fitbit.com.  The screen you wantr is in the Fitbit App as shown below:
