How do you see your GPS location tracking within the app? Or do you have to manually start an 'exercise' in the app in order for GPS tracking to start?
Thanks!

@hurvs_the_word I hope you're doing well! In order for you to see the GPS location within the app you need to either start an activity using the app's MobileRun (make sure GPS is enabled), or start and activity within your Fitbit Ionic using the Exercise App.
If you do it from the Ionic itself, when you select the activity, you will see a green GPS icon that says "connecting". Just go outside and wait until it "connects" and start the activity. Once you have finished and synced your Ionic; you should see the GPS location under the activities list on the Fitbit app.
Also, make sure you have set up your Ionic correctly. Just follow the app's on screen instructions!
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!

this did not help, because on my phone it says that my Ionic is synced on the Fitbit app and in Bluetooth, so I am not sure what to do.

@SupersonicWoman Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the details about the experience you are having with Ionic.
Please go to the Exercise app on your watch. Select a GPS enabled exercise and start it. You should see the GPS status on the corner "connecting". It will turn green once its connected. Perform your exercise and finish it. Sync. Check the Fitbit app exercise history to find your workout details and the map of your run. Check this article for more details on tracking exercise with your watch.
Keep me posted!
