Good afternoon,
i am still having issues with my Fitbit iconic, and this time it is with the auto run feature, I love that it has this feature however the gps did not turn on meaning that although I had the time I ran for it didn’t tell me my distance which is extremely disappointing. How do i turn the gps on with auto run?

Hey there @Danihopkins, it's nice to see you here! After you start to run, the Exercise app opens to track your real-time stats, including heart-rate, pace, distance, and GPS route. Run tracking may take a few minutes to start.

Unfortunately this did not help. When I go on to the Fitbit app it states that for auto run it can not turn on gps, this is also the same statement for outdoor biking. How do I change this?

Hello @Danihopkins, thanks for the update.
I appreciate you attached an image but I'm unable to see it. I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Ionic by following these steps. If this doesn't help, please be so kind to attach another image in order to provide further assistance.
We will be waiting for your response.
