Is there no email address for fitbit customer service anymore? All I found is twitter and phone support. I don't use twitter and don't want to sit on an endless call begging for help. My list of issues with ionic is growing daily so I need to open a case and see if support can help or if I should give up and return it. Thanks

This link does not work. It takes you to the same page with a chat button that does not work, a contact us @FITBITSUPPORT which is a link to Twitter, a community link, a female health link, a troubleshooting link, and a call us link. Nowhere can I find an actual email address.

Hope it helps. First, they will email you a response directing you to the community forums (outsourcing customer service). If you persist, they will respond directly by email to your issues.

NO, there is not direct email to contact fitbit, only through twitter. I do not twitter, and fitbit is clever to hide any mailing address and if you try live chat you are put on hold forever. My time is also valuable. So I am unable to phone customer service and with the above options, left out in the cold with no way to contact fitbit with a complaint. by design by them, no doubt. The fastener on the band of the Charge 2 has broken now for the THIRD time. Ditto my husband's Charge 2,

I just got off with customer service in El Salvador regarding the replacement band they sent last year for the charge 2 the original band broke before 1 year and now the replacement is broken -it also did not make a year They refused to replace it and said there was no one in USA I could speak with nor was there an email address so I am supposed to go out and buy another band and hope it lasts more then 10 months REALLY? Obviously shoddy workmanship and no customer service in USA makes me wonder what is going on.

I had to go through two people on their **ahem** chat system to get it. The webpage doesn't list it anymore. According to chat guy " There is not email available because the chat and phone option is faster than the email option but you can still email us by using https://contact.fitbit.com."

I need the e-mail too, my problem is that nobody is telling me if you can connect a Fitbit Versa SE to more than one device (like a laptop and phone) so PLS people HELP both of us out by just giving us an e-mail that Fitbit WILL receive!!!

Thanks, I finally did figure it out. They weren’t interested in helping me out since I bought my product on eBay, so I decided rather than forking over $200 to them again, I’d fork it over to apple and get more functionality out of my watch!
