Welcome on board @Chubby18! Have you synced your Ionic recently? Keep in mind that you'll need to sync your tracker in order for it to grab the timezone on your app and phone.
Also, I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic. Have you checked your time zone settings to make sure they are correct?
Please do the following:
Remember to sync if you make any changes.
If after checking that it is still incorrect; please try this workaround about time zone. That should certainly help you out with this.
