How to set Ionic's exercise cues?

So I’ve had my iconic for a few days now. Taken it out for a couple of runs. I used to have a Surge but that broke and they don’t make them anymore.

Anyway while running with the surge every mile it would vibrate and tell you that mile time. I’ve managed to get the iconic to vibrate every mile, however it only shows up the average pace, and a bunch of other stuff I don’t really need. How do I change it from average pace to mile time?

@Loyal2thegame14 Welcome to the Community! Thanks for the details mentioned, I'm glad to hear that you used to have a Fitbit Surge.

When you set exercise cues, it will show you how many miles splits you had, duration, the distance cue and the pace you had in each cue. At the end it will also show you the average pace, it will show you the same information your Surge showed. You can change this by doing the following:

  1. On your watch, open the Exercise app > swipe to choose an exercise.
  2. Tap the gear icon

     in the top left.
  3. Find Show Laps and change the setting to Automatically.
  4. Find Automatic Lap Settings and choose the cue type and frequency.
  5. Press the back button to return to the exercise screen.
  6. Tap the exercise screen, and then tap the play icon to start the workout.

If you're still not getting mile times please provide me with a screenshot of the data you're getting in your exercises.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
