How do I turn off the hourly step notifications.

  1. On the Today tab 
     
    , tap the hourly activity tile 
     
  2. Tap the gear icon 
     
     > turn Reminders to Move on or off.

What about for the Fitbit Sense app?  I tapped on my profile picture, then Fitbit Premium, but can find no "Reminders to move" setting.

If you'd like to turn them off, follow these new instructions: 

 

  1. On the Today tab 
     
    , tap the hourly activity tile 
  2. Tap the gear icon 
     
     > turn Reminders to Move on or off.
