I need the wireless MAC address before set up

Please put the wireless mac address on the static setup screen so those on secure networks can add the device and connect. There currently is no option to bypass the Log screen to get to Settings>About.

Agreed, it's fairly foolish that a hardware ID necessary to connect to a network is only displayable AFTER connected to such network.

One option is set a personal hotspot if setting up from a phone and  set the fitbit to connect to the personal hotspot for initial setup. You can get the MAC Address then after setup. Its a workaround I know but may help someone.
