You can't get screen replaced or repaired. The only you can do is getting the whole watch replacement from Fitbit via customer support. However, it has been pointed out to me via Fitbit Instagram response that Ionic is not scratch proof, so I guess scratches are considered normal. My Ionic has plenty of them due to rock climbing and bouldering. It isn't really heavy-duty device but more like a plastic toy.
