The new update on the Ionic is stalling in Install. I’ve attempted to turn off the Fitbit, Forget Device, and restart phone. What are other options?

Hi @Sbrown14 Did you restart your tracker? If not, please try that next (hold down left button and bottom right button until you see the Fitbit logo). A restart did the trip for me. Fingers crossed it works for you too.

Is it connected to a computer via the charger? I found that mine needed that when I updated mine. It also needed the Fitbit servers to be working at an off-time and an active Internet connection.
